Yesterday, I learned that some of my former team members poached clients and employees for Coalition. I was really disappointed to learn that because I thought these were good honest people. I am now going to have to send my lawyer to enforce the agreements that these guys signed and that the clients signed not to poach. Sad day for everyone.

Probably more then just clients and employees. Company secrets such as pricing guides, processes, basecamp to-do list templates etc.
Might be wise to see what dates people left CT and compare that to when their company was officially formed. Who knows – might be some overlap in dates there.
