New Years Resolutions

I don’t really do New Years Resolutions – I keep a running tracking spreadsheet of everything I want to accomplish that I update each morning.  But in the spirit of New Years, I will share some of my personal goals:

  • Eat healthier
  • Continue to do Crossfit and rock climbing frequently
  • Walk on my treadmill desk
  • Read 15 good business books this year
  • Read 15 good pleasure books this year
  • Do a daily blog post
  • Do something nice for my girlfriend each day
  • Do burpees each morning
  • Avoid reading the news
  • Avoid playing chess too much
  • Take a nap each day
  • Cut down on drinking
  • Write down what I am grateful for each day
  • Email someone I haven’t talked to in a while each day
  • Lean down to 190-195
