I have dramatically increased my usage of my treadmill desk I purchased on Amazon from Lifespan Fitness over the last two weeks. I love it! I have logged 23 miles so far in November including 4.7 miles yesterday. I really enjoy the slow walking during work. It keeps my blood flowing and really helps me with my posture.

Waking up early is a very important part of increasing your productivity. Most business activity shuts down by 6pm, so the more hours of work you can get in before 6 the better.
