We do not have a democracy
We do not have a democracy. Politicians here purposefully prevent basic checks so that they can cheat in elections. Without anti-cheating rules like voter ID, your vote does not count. An overwhelming majority of Americans support voter ID and clean voter rolls for fair elections, so why don’t we have these protections?

I am glad an insider is pointing out the risks. Keep in mind he is a chief driver of those risks. He is acknowledging major but lesser risks to keep attention away from the extinction level risks. Even nuclear weapon proliferation and usage is a far smaller problem than superintelligence.
