I remember watching videos of people being forced to kneel and then getting shot in the head. I thought, “Why would they not fight back against their executioners even if they were doomed?”

Now I am starting to understand.

I spoke with a good personal friend who is one of the top producing real estate agents on the west side of Washington state. He had some very interesting insights:

The problem with government agencies and NGOs is that they start out trying earnestly to solve a problem, but once the problem is solved mostly they all want to keep their jobs. AI spending is far outpacing the largest projects in history. More money than railroads or highways, faster than the Manhattan project. If their goal is achieved, AI experts believe it will likely result in the extinction of our species.
