New 5k outdoor record at 23:58, about a 7:37 pace! Slight downhill on my route gave me an advantage. After 5k was finished, I slowed way down for the last 1.5 mi Treadmill record is a 7:18 pace, but that is a different game. Goal is a 6:00 pace for a mile.
I have been trying to have one blender drink every day for the last week or so, even on the weekends which I have not done in the past. My Endomondo app tracks my runs I have done for the last 6 months and says that yesterday I set a personal record in the 10k. However, I think it was the first 10k distance I’ve run in the last 6 months! Endomondo reported my time at 55:47 which worked out to an 8:59 average pace.… read more “10k Record”
