Right now, computing facilities already consume more electricity than entire nations. Tech giants are spending hundreds of billions building even bigger ones.
Those data centers plan to host a superintelligence that many CEOs and employees of the AI companies are already worshipping as a god. Many of the leaders involved believe they will be elevated to godhood themselves.
What was God’s reaction to those who challenged his divine power? Plagues, raining sulfur and fire, shattered empires, the drowning of Pharaoh’s army, and eternity burning in hell.
Ezekiel 3:18 – “When I say to a wicked person, ‘You will surely die,’ and you do not warn them or speak out to dissuade them from their evil ways in order to save their life, that wicked person will die for their sin, and I will hold you accountable for their blood.”
Leviticus 19:16 – “Do not do anything that endangers your neighbor’s life. I am the LORD.”
James 4:17 – “If anyone, then, knows the good they ought to do and doesn’t do it, it is sin for them.”
It is time for people of faith to sound the alarm and demand immediate laws halting the race toward artificial superintelligence, before human pride brings God’s righteous judgment upon us.
