My mom used to read me the book, “Love You Forever” by Robert Munsch. I remember as a very little kid it was my favorite book.

My wife got that book and hadn’t read it before and cried when she read it to our babies. I laughed when I heard that.

Drinking generally is not something that improves my life. I am planning to never drink again. I never know when to stop and end up making myself sick

About 3 years ago I was able to lean down from my usual 205 lb to 185 lb by running every day and doing a caloric restriction diet using MyFitnessPal.
