In a record setting high temperature week in Paris, Laurel and I cooled off with a visit to the Catacombs of Paris. Six million Parisian residents bones are interred here. Kind of creepy that someone stacked them all into fancy designs. Arrived in Paris this morning after a 4.5 hour train ride at 200 mph. Crazy fast!

We are staying in an inexpensive sixth floor walk up apartment and it is 100+ degrees here. Hot. No air conditioning, so we are taking cold showers and pointing the fans directly at ourselves.
