I am very fortunate to be able to work with my brother Jordan. Jordan and I have been buddies since we were very little as we are only separated by eighteen months and he was a grade behind me all through school. I was his best man at his wedding, and he was my best man. Seven years ago, he came and worked with me at Coalition. He has been an enormous contributor over that time to our success. We have been through lots of adventures, ranging from Saturday morning management meetings and retreats to big client successes to seeing our team grow over time to now having over a hundred full time team members. We are working this week from my new place and going into our Culver City office to work with team members. Jordan and I have had a lot of success together and our personalities have always been well-matched – I am aggressive and demanding while Jordan is much more of a friendly peacemaker.
