Liberty, freedom, and personal rights

Liberty, freedom, and personal rights; I think everyone, even far left Democrats and hardcore Republicans, can agree that these are the most important values in how we want our government to treat us.

How we exercise our freedom and personal rights may vary, but we all basically want to live our lives with minimal government interference.

Those on the left don’t want the government telling them that men can’t marry, that a woman can’t identify as a man, or that they can be forced to serve in the military.

Those on the right don’t want the government forcing them to bake cakes for people they disagree with, that their right to bear arms will be taken away, or that their money will be forcibly taken to support the murder of babies.

We all just basically want to live life free of government interference. When the left sees the right use government power against them, they call it fascism. When the right sees the left use government power against them, they call it communism.

The solution is not to use and abuse government power to hurt those we hate, but to shrink the government power so it cannot be used or abused against anyone. Politicians on both sides won’t say this because generating hate is how they gain more power. Almost all politicians through human history have eventually been corrupted by government power and abused it. Politicians cannot be trusted.

All of us people simply want to live our lives without government interference. We don’t want politicians generating hate against us and using that power to hurt us.

The only solution is to shrink our government and reduce both the aspects we hate, as well as those we like. This means giving up government bribes (entitlements, corporate subsidies, and special interest benefits). Take the power away from the evil snakes in politics that manipulate us in each direction.
