Slowly, oh so slowly, I am getting back in shape. Today I ran a 9:27 mile for the first time since my injury. My goal is to get to under a 7:00 mile by the end of the year… a 6:00 mile would make me shout for joy. I also just started doing circuit training (pushups, pullups, situps, shoulder stuff). I did 3 circuits today. I am also trying to get in some golf practice regularly to improve my game.
