Taxes

Why do you see so little of the money you work so hard for?
-When we earn our income, we are taxed visibly with the income tax and invisibly when the employer pays the payroll tax.
-When we spend our money, we are taxed through the sales tax.
-When we save and invest our money, we are taxed via the capital gains tax.
-Any money we hold onto is taken through inflation, which is another invisible tax.
-Much of the “increase” in value on your home and other investments is just inflation, but you are taxed on their sale without removing the effects of inflation.

The government will stop at nothing until it takes everything you work for and build.

This is why the Founders limitations on government are so important. Government has weaseled it’s way into controlling every area of our lives, saying it is for our own protection. This is a blatant lie, have any of us ever seen the government do anything good for us?

  1. Oh and how could I forget the estate tax, where they tax you for the crime of dying?

Or the business license fees, permit fees and restrictions, fees for licensing your vehicle, fees for anything you may want to do?

Or the property taxes paid by homeowners (and thus by renters)?
