It is foolish in the extreme that cars don’t have their own version of a black box. This could be as simple as a dash cam and the engine / airbags computer. Recordings from each could be stored in a thumb drive hidden under a seat. Police and insurance companies would have the right to read these.

A corporation with the rights of a human being may not make sense.

I think it might be better to eliminate the concept of limited liability as it leads to bad behaviors like externalizing costs.

If America is based on a philosophy of ideas and rights, shouldn’t we allow similarly minded people to join us? Perhaps allow other countries to hold votes to become states?
