My ribs have been hurting on the high left side. I think it is from overswinging when I am golfing. I need to do a bit of rehab and rest and let it recover.

All voting record should be public. This way people can validate that the Russians have not stolen an election. I think it’s also important for people to share their opinions publicly if they have them and to be open to hearing counter-arguments from other people. That is how democracy and republics work.

Both are a complete waste of taxpayer money and incapable of doing their missions.

I have built a ton of tools into Scoretask, and now I am trying to use them more. Especially my To Do’s, Ongoing Feedback.

I have been waking up early again. I did this a while ago when I was programming every day for 8-12 hours. I have started doing it now as I am sometimes golfing before work from 6 am to 9 am. I made a decision a year ago to stop drinking. I did it because I did some stupid stuff I wasn’t proud of. I have found some major benefits though: my brain is operating a much higher level, I am much happier, my marriage is far stronger, and life is much more stable.

Happened on a long four par at VCCs 16th hole.

Lots of temptations resisted. I am much happier overall without using the high interest short term emotional loan that is alcohol.
