I received a handwritten note via snail mail today explaining to me in three pages of detail why I am wrong on Joel Osteen. These crazy stalkers are really weird. I guess in addition to being gullible to scam artists like Joel Osteen they dont know how simple internet functions like blog comments work.
Baseball is Boring- Change the Rules
Baseball has been dominated in terms of popularity and revenue lately by the NFL and NBA.
Why?
Its boring. Too slow, not enough action and scoring.
Fix it by implementing the following new rules:
-30 second clock between pitches and the end of the last play.
-Shrink the strike zone further

Lawsuits Kill the Economy
America is well known for having an overly litigious society. People launch lawsuits at the drop of a hat for a huge number of things that they should never do so for including:
- Patents that are overly broad (these people are called “Patent Trolls”)
- Mistakes made on their own part by their negligence to check products or services.
Open Houses for Graduates
I went to an open house for web design graduates from the Art Institute of LA and found it to be really helpful to be able to meet with recent grads and have them show me their work. I wish all different types of schools (business, engineering, programming, etc) would do something similar. It would really help employers.
Banks Purposely Slowing Foreclosures?
I saw an interesting article today in the newspaper that banks have greatly slowed the foreclosure process.
I actually think it is their business strategy going forward- if they foreclosed immediately on everyone who deserved it it would flood the market with homes.
