I am having a really hard time finding good call platforms that offer dynamic number insertion into websites. Dynamic number insertion is javascript code that automatically swaps out phone numbers based on referrer. I have only seen a couple of sites that offer this and those are both too expensive and have too little features. I would really like a virtual call center that offers this sort of tracking… might be too much to hope for though.
I am thinking about stopping my Crossfit membership now to focus on rock climbing. I feel like Crossfit and rock climbing are a bit incompatible: Crossfit focuses on building big muscles in the back and legs, which just weigh you down when it comes to rock climbing. I really enjoyed my visit to Chris Schwarma’s new rock climbing gym in Orange County called Sender One. The walls there are an enormous 45 feet tall (compared to 20-25 feet at my gym Rockreation). Super fun place to be.

If there is anything a team member can do to make me hate them, it’s being dishonest with me. People need to be open and honest and trustworthy in order for a business to function well and when people lie it creates huge problems. In one of the lowest scoring games of the year, Coalition’s basketball team won in double overtime. The first quarter ended at 2-2, there was no scoring in the first overtime and we scored the only basket in second overtime to win it. I think the game was 26-24 at the end.
