Political polarization by George Washington

In his farewell speech at the end of his presidency, George Washington warned about the dangers of political polarization:

This spirit, unfortunately, is inseparable from our nature, having its root in the strongest passions of the human mind. Love You Forever book

My mom used to read me the book, “Love You Forever” by Robert Munsch. I remember as a very little kid it was my favorite book.

My wife got that book and hadn’t read it before and cried when she read it to our babies. I laughed when I heard that.

Theory on hunger and emotional instability and seeking out new sources of food

About 3 years ago I was able to lean down from my usual 205 lb to 185 lb by running every day and doing a caloric restriction diet using MyFitnessPal.
