The world needs to do away with the limited liability company. All of the problems we see with our corporations making evil decisions derived directly from the limited liability company. Investors should be personally liable for decisions companies they invest in make. You would see the quality of decision making and the ethics at all companies skyrocket.

Why are we still doing education the same way it was done in the 1880s? The best technology in the 1880s was books and classrooms led by a professor. Our universities today look identical to that.

Politicians are directly controlled by special interests. This is why we have John Deere using copyright laws to stop farmers from repairing their tractors, Intuit using tax law to protect it’s expensive software, and patent trolls using abusive patent laws to extort entrepreneurs.

I am a libertarian, and founded and still run a company with 200+ employees.

VCs destroy capitalism. They force out founders and install hired guns. The VCs and their hired guns break the promises made by founders to their stakeholders. They put insane pressure on growth at all costs. All business ethics are abandoned.

Dave Chappelle is easily the best comedian of all time. The new special shows it. Twitter sucks. Cancel culture sucks.
