Trader Joe’s Vs Keim is a class action lawsuit complaining that Trader Joe’s receipts used in transactions between March 5, 2019 and July 19, 2019 showed the first six and the last four digits of customer’s credit card numbers, but not the middle numbers or any other numbers.
Talk about a non-harm / non-crime. In my opinion, this is just a greedy money grab by the attorneys involved who are going to get roughly $2.5 million of the $7.4 million settlement.
We badly need to abolish or totally reform abusive class action lawsuits in America and especially those in corrupt California.
