Tatum Bell Allegedly Steals Rudi Johnson’s Underwear!

When I saw this story on Yahoo Sports, I cracked up laughing. According to the story, Tatum Bell was bitter about being cut from the Detroit Lions, so as he was walking past head coach Matt Millen’s office he spotted Rudi Johnson’s luggage and took his revenge on his replacement by stealing it. The Detroit Lions looked at the security videos and easily identified Tatum Bell as the culprit who soon returned the luggage.… read more “Tatum Bell Allegedly Steals Rudi Johnson’s Underwear!”

NFL “Fantasy File” Marketing & Advertising Campaign ROCKS!

How do you best sell the most popular sport in America to even more people? Doing so is a very tough proposition, but the NFL has recently come out with the most brilliant marketing and advertising campaign I have seen in a long time. The NFL simply has it’s superstar athletes perform superhuman feats. In some of the ads, receivers catch multiple balls without looking, in other ads giant men run through walls.… read more “NFL “Fantasy File” Marketing & Advertising Campaign ROCKS!”

Michael Irvin Understands Online Reputation Management

While perusing ESPN yesterday, I ran across the following quote by Michael Irvin, the Hall of Fame NFL wide receiver: “I think it would’ve helped some of them understand that if you make a mistake at 22, you could end up regretting it at 42,” Irvin said. “You got Google and everything out there now, so if you get in trouble, it never goes away.… read more “Michael Irvin Understands Online Reputation Management”

SuperBowl Sunday: Undefeated New England Patriots vs. Upstart New York Giants

The SuperBowl is on Sunday and fans all across the world are planning SuperBowl parties. Nick Fitzer invited me to his friends party at a bar the guy’s dad owns in Tacoma. I am thinking I will probably do that so I can visit my brothers or grandparents while I’m down there. The SuperBowl is featuring the New England Patriots against the New York Giants this year and my money is on the Patriots because they have not been beaten this once this season.… read more “SuperBowl Sunday: Undefeated New England Patriots vs. Upstart New York Giants”
