I recently promoted a new President to run operations at Coalition and also a Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team. I am hopeful that these two will free up my time to work on improving the structure of the company (processes, checklists, software, etc).

I have been fortunate to be able to spend a lot of time with my family while I have been working from Coalition’s Seattle office.

 

I am making tons of progress on my recruiting site. I am hoping to upgrade it to Laravel 5.5 and PHP 7 this month as well as make other upgrades that will allow it to be used by other companies!

I think it would be a good idea to buy a farm or something to live on with all the uncertainty in the world right now.

Laurel And Jimmy and I saw Wind River tonight. Excellent film about a murder on an Indian reservation.  I highly recommend it.
