Let me start out by saying that thus far, I have loved flying on Virgin America. They have an entertaining staff, quality in-flight entertainment, and most importantly, cheap tickets.
I have been having a lot of trouble with their system of managing credit files though. I had a $46 credit with them and tried applying it online to 3 different flights and became too frustrated to do it each time. Finally, I called in and had to talk to customer service for 35 minutes to simply get my credit file applied. Very frustrating and makes me not like them as much as I did.
