Get to or Have to

How much of your day is spent doing things you HAVE To do versus thing you GET to do?

My experience has shown me that people who spend more time on the GET to’s are much happier than those who always HAVE to do something.

For some people, this is a result of their success or lack thereof and they don’t have a choice.  However, I also think that you can change your tasks to be things you want to do much more than you are willing to admit to yourself. How often do you assess everything that you do each day to see if you really need to do it or if you want to do it or if it’s just old habit?

You also can help redefine things for yourself as get to’s to help gain more motivation to do them.
