Current systems of taxation are complex, unfair to many groups, expensive to administer, and lead indirectly to much societal damage.
I suggest a much fairer way to operate the government and one which would place natural limits on government size and power:

I bought four new Bridgestone Insignia all season tires for my ford contour last week for $273 and they just got in yesterday. This morning I have been sitting in the tire center office all morning waiting for my turn to have my tires installed. The wait is supposed to be up to 4 hours! Ugh
