No alcohol
I am 3 years into no alcohol and had greatly reduced my drinking in the ten years prior. What worked for me was writing down the number of drinks I had each day, and the number of days without a drink. It’s fun to watch a streak build up!
How to sell land / property
- Do not use a real estate agent, or if you do, do not offer the listing agent more than 1%. I have videos and articles on Joelx and Youtube on how to do it yourself. Offer a buyer’s agent 2%.
- Start with a quite high price versus comparables. Use Zillow or similar apps to look at sales prices over the last few years within the area to get a feel for what stuff sells for.
