Microsoft’s Horribly Misguided Greenwashing
Microsoft is committing a horrifying waste of good fertilizer in an attempt to “greenwash” it’s AI data centers. This fertilizer would be excellent for gardening, farming, and other agricultural uses; but in a misguided attempt at reducing carbon they are going to pump it 5,000 feet underground. Insane.

Epstein
I posted about ten days ago on how crazy the Jeffrey Epstein cover up has been by both political parties. I think it is a nearly universally shared opinion that all Epstein related files should be made public and those who participated in child abuse should be prosecuted.
But I wonder all the people who are so justifiably upset about the Epstein coverup are perfectly okay with the cold blooded systematic murder of millions of babies a year in America?
Framing
How issues are framed often determines which way policy ends up going.
Imagine if instead of “McDonald’s” it was called “McBland Burgers”.
Imagine if instead of “real estate agents” we said “people who look on Zillow for you and you pay them $20,000”.
Imagine if instead of saying “the federal reserve system”, we said “financiers gamble and get rich with your money and if they lose you cover the losses”.… read more “Framing”

Court scheduling
Having a whole bunch of unrelated people have to hear a bunch of unrelated cases seems like an ancient waste of time. Do all Zoom hearings and allow remote appearances and just do one case at a time. Schedule them so dozens of people are not sitting around waiting?
