Happy birthday brother!
I’d like you to post this on your blog,
Here is a toast to the host:
My brother, Joel Gross just turned 25 years old. That is 25 years of crazy, ridiculous adventures and experiences. I thought I’d like to share with you all the importance of Joel to me as since after probably cleaning his apartment last summer I know Joel A LOT more personally than any of you. I remember one of the first beliefs Joel told me to have was 100% brother loyalty. That is an extremely important ideology that my brother’s and I share, that we will do absolute anything for each other under any possible circumstance. I know that if I ever needed Joel that he would drop whatever he was doing (literally) and would come to my aid. An important aspect to my brother is that he is very motivated and puts great thought into beliefs. He will admit when he was wrong, but to do that you have to prove him wrong (which can be pretty frustrating). Although his constant droning of the same thing may get irritating I know that it is because he cares about me. So, even if I may disagree with his opinion I know that he thinks it’s what is best for me, thus even in a heated argument we still share the bond that makes us fiercely devote to one another. Without Joel I don’t know where I would be as I consider him one of my “three” adviser’s for life. Without him one third of my personality would be gone. It is to him I owe many things as whenever I have a question whether its regarding how to work out properly to technical problems to some other situation I face he always has an answer. Also, Joel is a great source of inspiration for me. He has gone through a lot more crap than most people could take and has already become very successful. When Joel sets his mind to something he will do it. He has a way to motivate himself to overcome any obstacle and persevere. Along with the serious side Joel is just a fun person to be with. He has many, many interesting things to say, and knows how to have a good time. Another great quality that my oldest brother possesses is he is not fake. What you see is what you get. He never pretends to be something he is not, and does not hesitate to share his opinion to you (which is a double edged sword). If Joel does not know about something he will admit it and will learn about the given subject until he develops his own thoughts. I will be eternally grateful for having him as my brother and no one except us four will be able to comprehend our absolute and final loyalty to one another.Today is the day that we need to raise our glasses to the self proclaimed, “King of America”, Joel Gross, my brother, and wish him a very happy birthday.
Best Wishes,
Josh
Thank you very much Josh! Your email made my birthday. 🙂
