Airborne Pays $30 Million To Consumers

Airborne, the company that sells dissolving pills that supposedly help prevent illness, has been ordered to pay $30 million to consumers for falsely advertising that their product cures or prevents the common cold. The government says there is no credible evidence to back such a claim.

Airborne is essentially a mix of multivitamins and echinacea, which can be purchased more cheaply separately.
