Hmmmm…. weird. I’m 24 and have been working for two years. It doesn’t feel like it. Most of the older people I talk to say the same thing- “I still feel like I did when I was 18, but now I’m trapped in this old body”. I am a little terrified by those thoughts. I guess the fact that I passed up most people in maturity a while ago should be some comfort, but it really isn’t. It’s sort of like realizing that you are smarter and better prepared for the world than your parents… then also realizing that they can’t take care of you anymore. Quite the strange feeling.
Talk about narcissism… I actually wrote this post up to here on February 1st and saved it so it would come out the morning of my birthday. I am thinking about doing my first video as well- me singing “Happy Birthday” to myself. 😉
