The DYCF currently only asks daycares to submit their own records… Basically just asking, “Did you commit fraud?”
We need several random audits a year where an auditor shows up at a daycare, looks at the records and makes sure the records that day match the kids in the daycare.

We need term limits for every government employee. A maximum of ten years working for the government in any role in one lifetime. That will promote fresh blood in the system and reduce corruption and waste.

Why do people have to go through an entire architectural drawing and engineering process for every single building we create? If a building plan is approved by government officials, that plan should be available on the approved list for anybody to use at any time going forward. The international organizations that were established to stop dictators like North Korea’s Kim Jong Un and others have done nothing but collect six figure salaries and shuffle paper around.
