Cooking dinner tonight for my friends in Los Angeles. Kenny, Jeremy, Levi, and JJ are going to enjoy the following with me:
Appetizer. Pugliese bread served with Delice de Bourgogne cheese and an olive tapenade.
Salad. Fresh organic spring mix with a spicy balsamic vinagreitte, sliced bell peppers, tomatoes, chopped pistachios, cranberries, thin apple slices and oranges.
Protein. Top sirloin steak marinated in a red wine sauce. Medium rare.
