Healthiest Meal To Lose Weight Fast

I don’t ordinarily blog about topics like weight loss or food to eat, but I thought that there is such a huge quantity of misinformation out there by people trying to sell you their crappy supplement or weird meal that I would publish some good information on the healthiest meal you can eat to lose weight fast.

I have done extensive research about the best foods for your brain and the best foods to eat for a healthy heart and lifestyle and here is what I have found the top foods are:

  • Vegetables (raw ginger root, raw garlic, red cabbage, spinach, broccoli, kale, red bell peppers, sweet potatoes, onions)
  • Fruits (blueberries, blackberries, sweet cherries, red delicious apples w/ skin, avacado)
  • Nuts (pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts)
  • Fish (salmon, trout, herring, sardines)

Benefits of eating these foods as a healthy meal to lose weight:

  • You can eat a LOT of them, get full and you actually have not consumed many calories
  • Each of these foods listed above is a “super food” with massive nutritional benefits
  • Reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer enormously
  • Feel great all day long with no drop in energy

Fairly obvious stuff right? You’ve heard all of this before, but who wants to eat that stuff or try to prepare it?

For two years now I have owned a blender (first a cheap $50 one from Costco and now the $400 Blendtec) and have used these blenders to prepare about half of all the calories that I consume.

Using the blender to mix the foods above (except fish of course)  is in my opinion the best way to consume them.  You can make tasty drinks that require very little effort or thought.  When you first start blending, you will probably eat TONS of fruits (cuz of the sweet flavor), but eventually you should transition to eating more vegetables.  Here are a couple of my blender drink recipes:

Beginner

  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 cup of blueberries
  • 1/3 cup of strawberries
  • 1/4 cup of almonds
  • Water / Milk

Intermediate

  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup of broccoli
  • 1/4 cup of walnuts
  • 1/2 cup of baby carrots
  • Water

Advanced

  • 1 cup of kale
  • 1 cup of broccoli
  • 1/3 cup of blueberries
  • Big chunk of raw ginger
  • salmon oil
  • flax seeds
  • pecans
  • water
