You would think I would understand my body now that I am in my mid 30’s… But I have learned a lot recently while experimenting with my diet and fasting and supplements.
Today, I learned what happens when you eat way too much fiber. You get a horrible stomach ache. Its not constipation since had I had multiple big bowel movements last night and this morning. Or maybe it is. I just tried taking Epsom salts, we will see if that clears me out.
I also tried making my own electrolyte concoction based on recipes I found online. Basically what this snake juice guy came up with – baking soda, Epsom salt, table salt, low salt. That made my hands and chest tingle and go numb, pretty sure it was the wrong formula of electrolytes.
I have also discovered that fasting seems pretty possible. However, if you do a very vigorous workout or your heart rate gets up to 160 or 170, then you’ll feel very fatigued and very hungry afterwards.
