Jeannine Grinnell, I heard your “Message from the CEO” dozens of times while I was waiting on hold. I called Valley Medical Center 5 times and each time I was put on hold for ten minutes before being hung up on.
Apparently, my frustrations with Valley Medical Center are not unique. Currently, the Google My Business reviews show a 2.7 star rating with 468 reviews. The headline review says the individual had to wait 10 hours for care in the emergency room for his uncle, including 2 full hours that went by without a single person being taken back to be treated.
If you are going to put your name on something, I would suggest making sure it is representative of who you are.

Edit a week later… Trying again to call in and I have been on hold for ten minutes and have heard a dozen times about how Jeannine Grinnell cares about the community like family… Oh the irony. I can’t remember ever putting family on hold and hanging up on them.
