On Kenny and I’s trip to Austin to visit Bigcommerce, we stayed at the Quality Inn Austin and have a very negative review to share for any potential future travelers. We called the front desk four times asking for toilet paper that never came. Our room never received maid service even though we never out out a do not disturb sign. The room had four lamps, three of which had no light bulbs. The WiFi did not work half the time. I strongly recommend anyone visiting Austin, DO NOT STAY AT THE QUALITY INN AUSTIN!!!!
