Ingredients for buffalo wings recipe:
Adjust ingredients level proportionally according to how many buffalo wings you want
-Deep fry oil (refined vegetable oil)
-10 lbs of chicken wings
-5 lbs of chicken tenders
-2 12 oz bottles of Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
-8 sticks of unsalted butter
-Cayenne pepper
-Chili powder
-Garlic powder

Directions to make tasty buffalo wings recipe:

-Place a deep frying pot on your stovetop and heat to 365 degrees. BE VERY CAREFUL- Cooking with hot oil can be EXTREMELY dangerous. The oil can splash you and cause severe burns or it could potentially catch fire. If it catches fire, do NOT carry the pot anywhere or throw water on it. Turn off the heat and cover the pot if possible.
-Place chicken wings in pot in batches of 8-10 at a time. Do not drop them, use a slotted spoon to carefully place them in the hot oil. You will need to stir/flip the chicken wings a couple of times before they finish cooking to make sure they cook evenly. After about 8 minutes, pull the chicken wings out and place them in a container lined with paper towels to allow the oil to drain off of them.
-Create your buffalo wing sauce by putting your two bottles of Frank’s Red Hot sauce in a pot. Place the pot on your stovetop and turn the heat on low. After the sauce is hot, start mixing in the butter. Sprinkle to taste with the chili powder (bright initial heat), cayenne pepper (aftertaste heat) and garlic powder. I love hot hot buffalo wings, so I mixed in a ton of both the chili powder and cayenne pepper.
-Once your buffalo wings sauce is thoroughly mixed and seasoned to taste, place your chicken wings in a large serving dish and pour all of the sauce over the top. Allow to sit for a few minutes, then mix again to get the buffalo wings sauce evenly covering all the wings and serve.

Enjoy your spicy buffalo wings!

Note: Make more than you can eat in one sitting- leftover buffalo wings make for excellent lunches and snacks!
