After USAA receives a report of a vehicle as being totaled in an accident, and USAA itself inspects the vehicle and totals it, USAA WILL KEEP CHARGING THE CUSTOMER INSURANCE ON THE VEHICLE UNTIL THE CUSTOMER CALLS IN TO CHANGE IT. I have had 6 months of charges on a vehicle that was totaled in January!
Such a scam, but I guess USAA CEO Wayne Peacock has to get the $1.9 million for his salary from somewhere… plus pay his cronies Daniel Sean McNamara $3.5 million and Randy Termeer $1.4 million and Neeraj Singh $1.2 million.
