Working in Chunks

Due to some health problems I’ve been having (back & wrist pain) from sitting in my chair too long working, I am trying to work in 1 hour 10 minute chunks. I will work on something for that time, then when my alarm goes off I’ll get up and stretch and then work on something else. I’m not sure yet if it is helping me increase me productivity or not, we’ll see.
